We are sorry but we will not be take American Express. Pay for your order.  4. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder, if it is not there, please email us enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com and we will forward you your original confirmation sent.  Please do not take to social media and leave comments under the product, that you have not received your confirmation.  As much as we would like to, we don't live on our Facebook page 24/7, especially when it is very busy and we may miss your comment.  However, if it is easier to contact us through Facebook, then please use facebook messenger to get in touch.  We will get back to you as soon as we can.

If on ordering, you receive an error, this is sometimes a time out problem with the bank/paypal.  Please before re-ordering check your bank or paypal account to see if the funds have been taken.  Please contact us at enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com if you have any doubt.  We will check for you if we have received the order.

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, if you order a pre-sale item, please check the advert or product description for dispatch dates.

No, we will deliver your non pre-sale items as per normal.  Your pre-sale item will be delivered as per the advertised date.

Not long, for UK orders sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, it takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.  The courier service can take 2-5 working days for it to arrive.  However, sometimes due to delays outside of our control, it can take longer for your items to be delivered.  If this is the case, please do let is know if you have not received your item within 7 days after dispatch at enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com - International orders will take longer, please see our Delivery Information page for more information.

For UK orders, please do let is know if you have not received your item within 7 days after dispatch at enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com - International orders, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.  We can then chase it up for you and get it delivered to you as soon as possible.

Yes of course, you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please see our Returns Policy page for full information and instructions.

If your item is not faulty, incorrect or damaged, and you just simply wish to return your order, then you must pay for it to be returned.  We would suggest you do this tracked, for your own protection, as we are unable to refund until we receive the product back at HQ.  You will find full details on our Returns Policy page.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, if there are any faults, please let us know as soon as possible.  Even though your consumer rights allow an amount of time for faults, unfortunately with many of our products they go out of stock quite quickly, especially our annual moon diary. We would not be able to replace it for you, once this happens.  Please see our Returns Policy page for Faulty Items for full information.

All our products are quality inspected before they leave HQ so they never leave damaged.  Once they do leave it is out of our control, and parcels can arrive in a damage condition, depending on how the parcels are handled with Royal Mail or the Courier.  Thankfully our packaging is quite strong and secure, so it is a rarity.  If this does happen, please contact us immediately if you can, or within 7 days of receipt at enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com  - We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage, with full details for our records and to enable us to make a claim with the Courier or Royal Mail for the damage.  For all accepted damaged items, you will either be sent a new item or given a refund, it is your preference.  Full details are available on our Returns Policy under Damaged Items. 

We only offer PayPal as a payment option on the website, until we can implement other card merchants.  This is being processed and will be available shortly.  However, our Flickering ETSY Shop offer alternative payments.  Although, we only stock our printed products on ETSY.
