Directions
2-3 grams per 200 ml at 70-80 Centigrade and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
Green tea has been sipped in the far east for thousands of years. It has an amazing ability to detox and cleanse and shield you from illness, is a relatively new revelation for the west.
Whilst green tea leaves can be used to make a refreshing tea, you will also find the tea as an ingredient - for example in a cake.
Whilst the benefits of green tea have become more widely acknowledged it is often found to be rather quite bitter. Our blend is very drinkable!
