Directions
2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90-95 Centigrade and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
Add milk to either or a plant-based substitute to your taste.

Whilst it totally tastes simply sinful, if you combine it with a little milk, this brew is sure to stimulate you to start your day happy! Black tea is a famously healthy energizer. Mixed with a little milk, it makes for a healthy sweet treat to activate your mind and body.
